Our baby boy is growing so fast! Finding a balance ( if that exists ) is quite challenging. We are just currently trying to stick to a schedule for the whole family. On a daily, we do feel like there are some items that have made our lives easier, especially with our newborn and I wanted to share them with you today.
OUR DIONO CAR SEATS
Our boys' safety comes first. When it was time to upgrade for both, we decided to go with Diono's car seats. Not only are they practical and good looking design wise, they are most of all SAFE and go through a plethora of tests to provide us parents with peace of mind. Our 6 years old is now in the Diono booster while we will soon transfer the baby from his newborn car seat to the Radianx 3RXT Special Edition.
We have the limited edition which comes with some bonus accessories such as a car seat protector, a rear-facing Easy View mirror, a sun stop, a Baby on the Move sign and a Stow n’ Go car seat organizer.
I love the fact that the Radian 3RXT can be used from birth to booster. This means that if you take really good care of this car seat, it can actually be the only one you’ll ever need until your child can use a regular seat belt. Among the features we like about the Radian 3RXT, I have to mention the following:
The 12 position adjustable head support;
The car seat is reinforced with aluminum and lined with energy absorbing foam-Aluminum;
The sides are reinforced and lined with foam for solid side impact protection;
It folds for easy transportation or storage;

OUR ENDY MATTRESSES
The upgrade, both in size and comfort, was so necessary! Our 6 years old son often joins us in the morning in our big cozy bed! I personally love being surrounded by my boys. We've had the mattress for more than 100 days now and there is no way we are returning it! We absolutely love it and we have better sleep because of it. The Endy mattress is the perfect combination of soft and firm. We all know very well that SLEEP plays a huge part in our wellbeing and daily mood. Even more so when you have a newborn: you have to take full advantage of your rest time.
Our bog boy is about to experience that “ better sleep, better rest ” feeling since we are upgrading his current mattress to a twin Endy mattress. He’s been telling us for months how much he loves ours and I know he will be thrilled to get his own Endy mattress. I’ll be sharing some unboxing / installation stories over on my Instagram page. He’s back to school and starting grade 1, perfect timing to do this little update in his bedroom.
THE MIKU BABY MONITOR
PEACE OF MIND my friends! Especially when you have a belly sleeper. This little monitor is packed with so many features. The Miku Baby Monitor streams real-time video and audio allowing us to see and hear our baby’s every move.
One of the features we absolutely love is the custom dual Ole Wolff speakers and two-way microphone. Indeed, we can play lullabies and sleep sounds ( there is a pretty great list integrated in the monitor ) and we are actually able to talk to our son when he wakes up if we’re not in the room with him. It’s such a fun way to comfort the baby as we walk to go pick him up.
The one feature that gives us peace of mind is that Miku tracks our bébé’s breathing and sends us an alert when no movement is detected. When you have a belly sleeper, this is really such a cool feature. The Miku smart baby monitor also tracks AND graphs his sleeping patterns. I love taking a minute to look at these to know if my baby had a restful night as it gives us his sleep quality %, etc …

I've mentioned these in my stories a few times. We absolutely love our stroller. Because of the current pandemic situation, we did not use it as much as expected. We were planning to travel quite a bit this year, and this stroller is the perfect travel companion. However, we've been using it a lot more since we are not confined at home anymore. We can add accessories as he grows and it's a bonus that we can even use the accessories from newer collections.
